LOOKING TO OBTAIN A WORK PERMIT OR RENEW AN EXPIRED ONE?
- Download the Work Permit Application
- Complete "Minor's Information" section
- Complete "School Information" section
- Obtain Parent/Legal Guardian's signature
- Give to employer to fill out "Employer Information" section
- Submit your completed application to the College and Career Center, Room 15.
- Take the Work Permit Quiz before you pick up your permit
- Please allow for 24 hours to process.
